Perhaps a designer day out at York Designer Outlet is what you are looking for, just a 15 minute drive from our site. If you were to leave the site entrance and take the 4th exit towards Leeds A64, drive along the A1237 until you come to the next roundabout and take the 1st exit onto the A64. From there you will see the Designer Outlet signposted on the brown attraction boards. *The Red Line Park and Ride Bus, number 7, also operates from York railway station at frequent intervals.
Spoilt for choice! Monks Cross Shopping Centre is also great for shopping with fabulous names, easy access and free parking, just a 20 minute drive from our site. If you were to leave the site entrance and take the 1st exit (York North A1237) continue straight along this road crossing many roundabouts until you get to the roundabout signed off for Monks Cross 3rd exit. Open 7 days a week until 8pm on weekdays and 7pm on Saturdays. Free wheelchair hire and free baby-change facilities make Monks Cross Shopping a great shopping experience for all.

Just beyond Quakerwood you will see Acomb Wood Shopping Centre, primarily fast food takeaways but there really is something for everyone. If you fancy a local Italian restaurant you will find Luigi’s worth a visit. From our site entrance take a left at the roundabout and travel just over 2 miles. You will find Luigi’s left of the A59 roundabout nestled behind Poppleton Garden Centre. We advise you book for the weekends.Visit Website
