This page outlines our terms and conditions for touring units, tents & pod hire.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO VARY THE FOLLOWING IF CONDITIONS DEMAND

It is our aim that all our holiday guests enjoy their stay with us. To this end we have just a few rules, if kept, enable the smooth running, relaxing and peaceful atmosphere of the site for all guests. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave should their behaviour be seen to ignore the rules below, on our website, posted in the office and on our site notice board.

Touring and Tents

Bookings and Payments – A non-refundable deposit of £25 per pitch per booking, or full payment when the total amount is less than the deposit required. Reservations are made subject to the site being available on receipt of your deposit. Balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made within 1 week of arrival must be paid for in full. Bookings cancelled after this time will not be refunded. Please see our terms below. We would recommend taking out cancellation insurance to cover this cost. Debit and Credit Cards are free of charge.

Check in – Sites are available from 1pm on the day of arrival. Please notify in advance of any arrival which will be after 6pm. We reserve the right to re-let the pitch if not informed.

Check out – On departure, sites to be vacated by 12 noon unless alternative arrangements have been authorised in Reception. Charges may be applicable.

Pitches – Allocated pitches may change prior to arrival but pitch type will always remain the same. Maximum tent size – 7m x 5m.

No group bookings larger than 3 pitches. If found on arrival to have made individual bookings – and then form a group – you may be asked to leave the park.

Minimum Stays – A minimum 3-night booking is required over all Bank Holiday weekends and a minimum of 2 nights at weekends. Contact the office for possible 1 night stays.

Site Quiet – Please note that the rule concerning ‘SITE QUIET BY 11pm’ is strictly observed and we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately if not adhered to, without refund of all monies. Of course, this doesn’t suit everyone so please make sure you are happy with our ‘site quiet’ policy before booking.

Cars – 1 car per pitch. 2nd car, large vans and commercial vehicles in the car park.

Barrier – No cars to pass through the barrier between 11pm and 8 am. Please leave cars in the car park if staying out late.

Fires – No open fires of any kind – Barbeques permitted

Gazebos – Are not permitted

Dogs – There is no charge for dogs. Dogs must be ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES ON THE CARAVAN PARK. Dogs must be exercised in the appropriate areas. Please pick up after them using the allocated dog waste bins. Maximum of 3 dogs per pitch.

Commercial vehicles – Strictly no commercial vehicles unless with prior approval and to be parked on our main car-park.

No commercial enterprise or business activities may take place on the park.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations with 8 days’ notice or more are non-refundable, however, your booking can be transferred, subject to availability.

Pod Hire

Bookings and Payments – A non-refundable deposit of £50 per unit. Reservations are made subject to the site being available on receipt of your deposit. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid for in full. Bookings cancelled after this time will not be refunded. Please see our terms below. We would recommend taking out cancellation insurance to cover this cost. Debit and Credit Cards are free of charge.

Minimum stays – Minimum stay 2 nights. Short stays possible where available during low season. See website or contact Reception.

Please note we do not accept groups, stag or hen parties. If found on arrival to have made individual bookings – and then form a group – you may be asked to leave with refund of all monies.

Accommodation

Occupancy – Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 4 people including children and infants in cots, as advertised online. Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. Please note we do not except groups, stag or hen parties.

The management reserves the right to terminate at any time, without the refund of any monies if the accommodation is occupied by more than the persons stated on the booking form.

Check in – Units are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Please notify in advance of any arrival which will be after 6pm. We reserve the right to re-let the unit if we are not informed your arrival will be a later date than that booked.

Keys – Keys are available at Reception from 3pm to 5pm on the day of arrival. Please notify in advance of any arrival which will be after 6pm. We reserve the right to re-let the unit if we are not informed your arrival will be a later date than that booked. On departure, keys are to be returned to Reception by 10am.

Bedding – Bedding supplied at reception along with keys on arrival after 3pm and to be returned with keys on departure by 10am.

Check out – On departure, units are to be vacated by 10am unless alternative arrangements have been authorised in Reception

Site Quiet – Please note that the rule concerning ‘SITE QUIET BY 11pm’ is strictly observed and we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately if not adhered to. Of course, this doesn’t suit everyone so please make sure you are happy with our ‘site quiet’ policy before booking.

Cars – 1 car per pitch. 2nd car, large vans and commercial vehicles in the car park. Cars must not pass through the barriers between the hours of 11pm and 8am.

Dogs – Not permitted.

Commercial vehicles – Strictly no commercial vehicles unless with prior approval and to be parked on our main car-park.

No commercial enterprise or business activities may take place on the park.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations All monies are non-refundable and non-transferable within 6 weeks of arrival. Deposits paid before this time can be transferable within the current season, subject to availability.

Disclaimer – The management will not accept responsibility for the loss, theft, damage or injury to any person or their property whilst on the premises. Black Bull Caravan Park are not responsible for any matter of which you were aware and did not bring to our attention during your holiday. Nurseries Caravan Park recommend that customers take out their own travel insurance.
