Our luxurious suites are not your typical glamping pod, promise! Relax amongst the trees whilst enjoying all the indoor comforts needed for a comfortable stay.
This special part of our park houses two, four-berth self-contained glamping pods that are nestled between the trees, amidst the woodpeckers and squirrels.
You can enjoy the wildlife from your private decking perhaps over a meal time or a relaxing cup of tea or something stronger!
If you like the idea of being closer to nature but dislike the idea of sleeping under canvas, these glamping suites close to York are just for you.
Glamping Pod layout and features
- Four berth suite with pull-down double bed, single bed, and a high level fixed bunk bed with removable ladder
- Heating & double glazing
- Bathroom with shower & WC
- Equipped kitchenette with hob, mini-fridge, and microwave
- Foldaway table, TV & DVD player to the lounge
- Decking area and outdoor furniture (four chairs + table). BBQ stand available for hire.

Oakley Horsebox was beautiful
We had the best time staying in the ‘Oakley’ horse box at the weekend for my hubby’s birthday. It was beautiful and the park was so lovely and quiet too. 5* from me.

Excellent value, a great little site
Everything you need, excellent services and a short 10 minute walk to the bus stop to get you into the centre of town. With hourly buses. 5* all round. Thank you.

Site very clean & well maintained
Really impressed with campsite! Two night stop over on way to Scotland, very easy to access from main roads. Lady in reception very friendly & helpful, site very clean & well maintained, shower block very clean. Excellent location for York, had a great day at the outlet village & wandering around the city. 100% will return & recommend
